同朋友去大埔酒樓飲酒,揀咗皇朝明珠。見到餐牌選擇多,揀了美食同朋友一邊品嚐。鮑參翅肚羹非常入味,真材實料熬出來,材料有鮑魚、海參、魚翅、花膠等等,十分足料又惹味,值得推介!脆皮乳豬色金黃、外皮超鬆化同脆卜卜、肉質幼嫩,點上乳豬醬,食到停唔到口。上湯金魚餃配水晶球,金魚餃精緻可愛,好啱打咭,餡料有爽滑既蝦肉,清湯都好甜。一整盤蒸飯放上餐枱,聞到香噴噴既荷葉香味,炒飯上鋪滿大塊斑球。皇朝三式蒸腸粉,有叉燒腸粉、鮮蝦腸粉、牛肉腸粉,熱騰騰且口感軟滑,晶瑩透薄既腸粉,齒頰留香; 叉燒腸粉帶有啖啖叉燒的香味; 鮮蝦腸粉包裹鮮甜飽滿既蝦肉; 牛肉腸粉內牛肉軟腍中帶點韌度。
