叫了兩個湯時令燉湯同海參酸辣羹,海參酸辣羹酸同辣都做得好平均,個人好喜歡,不過海參唔夠多同太幼細。

我勁欣賞呢個荷香籠仔海蝦蒸飯,炒得好靚嘅飯,仲有佢好多炸蒜加上幾靚同大隻嘅開邊蝦,而且價錢相對好抵食,一班人食最好,令到我想再試下其他炒野。

呢到service都幾好,茶葉又好靚,尾聲仲送糖水,幾個位都幾令人加分。

經過今日之後,有興趣去北區飲茶,除左Hyatt同小白露之外,都多過好選擇。

大埔一日遊,先去飲茶,三門仔有間皇朝明珠,對住過海環境一流,戶外有好大地方,仲係熱熱地,都係坐室內有冷氣,裝修都高級。係海鮮飯店,但中午點心都非常出色,最靚嗰幾款一定要點:上湯金魚餃配水晶球唔止有個金魚餃,顏色配搭形象都非常似,見到就已經開心,仲配多個水晶餃,下面啲雞湯又好濃味,超好味。手袋和牛酥最鍾意呢個,真係好似,仲要係似名牌手袋,酥皮黑,裏面啲和牛好滋味。啤梨鹹水角 迷你啤梨,真係最好食嘅啤梨,因為其實係鹹水角!黑松露素皇餃黑松露味極香。白玉翡翠餃翡翠顏色很漂亮,白菜饀清甜。黑毛豬鮑魚燒賣成隻鮑魚仔,矜貴。魚翅羊肚菌灌湯餃有鮑魚有羊肚菌,仲有魚翅,湯很香濃,超正。鮑參翅肚羹矜貴湯羹,點會有投訴。招牌脆皮乳豬幾十年嘅招牌,必吃,超香脆肉嫩。仲食咗陳皮山竹牛肉球、金箔千層紅棗糕。

今日天氣好,同家人揸車嚟食嘢。泊車好方便,駕車入左邊小路就可以進入餐廳專用停車場,車位數量還可以,但接近下午一時開始泊滿。餐應室外座位可睇海景,室內亦很幽雅。食物方面啤梨咸水角我幾鍾意,外型可愛,味道微咸。 脆皮乳豬係超正,必叫,皮燒到勁脆。鮑參翅肚羹都唔錯,份量應該係二人份。金魚餃配水晶球造型好靚,餃皮亦好彈牙。蝦餃燒賣ok啦,正常操作。金磚豆腐我幾鍾意,面炸得好脆。當日叫咗好多點心,以上係我特別推介,可以一試。
