牡蠣清湯 「ikasu」全以日本蠔熬製再配上牡蠣油及秘製醬汁既蠔清湯,整碗湯底帶出淡雅而清澈既琥珀色.湯底入口先帶出一陣清甜高湯香氣,中段帶出蠔鮮香味,後段帶一陣回甘香.拉麵配料都幾豐富,先有一隻飽滿既蠔肉係面,底下再配上大量筍絲,叉燒,蝦肉雲吞,洋蔥粒.蠔肉香嫩creamy配搭蝦肉雲吞令鮮味更突出.肥瘦均勻既叉燒我覺得比鯛魚湯既更香.較扁平而且粗身既小麥拉麵質感更爽彈.整體個味道其實好清甜,同樣飲晒拉麵湯都唔會口渴,但感覺無食鯛魚白湯咁驚艷,下次再試埋佢地蠔白湯.
