To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 24/5/2022 得知近排松葉蟹大熱,我哋 (5人)一於約埋一齊試吓 松葉蟹晚餐!今晚叫咗:-龍鳳滋味配(只限星期一至五),有上湯龍蝦伊面 及 一隻古銅麻香雞,只是$388,龍蝦啖啖肉,麻香雞好嫩滑,好味😋又抵食。私房粉絲雜菜煲,好多材料,烹調適中美味,喜歡佢少鹽,各款菜新鮮。主角:清蒸松葉蟹一隻 $289 ($188/斤),真係好鮮甜,又有蟹膏,好回味呀!甜品叫咗 斑蘭椰汁糕,煙煙韌韌,不太甜,夠晒健康。食店設有自助添水/滾水機,好方便,不用時時要搵店員。呢度環境舒服,每一枱有屏風間隔,自成一個範圍,夠私隱。店員服務友善,亦都好快回應客人需求,值得一讚。圓滿的晚餐👍🏻

私房粉絲雜菜煲,好多材料,烹調適中美味,喜歡佢少鹽,各款菜新鮮。

主角:清蒸松葉蟹一隻 $289 ($188/斤),真係好鮮甜,又有蟹膏,好回味呀!

甜品叫咗 斑蘭椰汁糕,煙煙韌韌,不太甜,夠晒健康。

食店設有自助添水/滾水機,好方便,不用時時要搵店員。

呢度環境舒服,每一枱有屏風間隔,自成一個範圍,夠私隱。
