To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 熱食為炸櫻花蝦餅,材料有櫻花蝦、番薯、南瓜、舞茸菇等等,輕點岩鹽🧂,食落香酥中不乏濕潤。而另一道熱食就係汁煮蘿蔔金目調,清甜清甜的,個人更愛邪惡嘅前者。

🍣壽司方面,有深海池魚、赤身、石貝、九州車海老、黑龍魚和北海道馬糞海膽等等。當中最為驚艷的就係鮮甜度爆棚的北海道馬糞海膽壽司壽司飯裏面撈了蟹膏的九州車海老。

最後嘅甜品係抹茶鮮奶凍,口感滑溜非常,奶味濃郁,加上抹茶微苦,入口甜度適中🍵。
