覓食時都會找一些方便泊車座及可以坐得久一點的餐廳,尖沙咀區通常會第一時間想到自成一國的天文臺圍,貪其附近有很多咪錶位又不會太擠擁數日前經過,被日本鳥居設計的大型門面裝潢吸引,是晚決定一試進入黑色大門後彷如進入另一個時空,地下樓層有加上燈光效果襯托的日式庭園佈置,沿著樓梯步行而上全都是打卡位餐廳樓底高,座位之間相當鬆動,充滿空間感店內特設不同主題的特色房間,更可打通成大型聚會的舒適宴會區無酒不歡的我先來一瓶自然酒仁井田本家標榜全天然造酒。代表作之一的山酛純米原酒米味十足,甜度適中前菜日本產明太子濃郁鹹香,是絕佳的下酒菜明太子口感細滑,帶著微辣口感,每口咬下都能感受飽滿的鱈魚卵顆粒燒物雞皮兩份起,嚴選日本華味鳥或日本阿波尾雞入饌,雞味香濃燒得似餅乾的口感,咖滋咖滋的酥脆聲響讓人一口接一口即叫即燒的雞斬肉去掉多餘的油脂,味美鮮香西京燒銀鱈魚厚肉少骨,入口外香內軟,肉質嫰滑表面燒至金黃,魚肉帶有淡淡白味噌的甘甜味海膽松葉蟹蓋甲羅燒有新鮮幼滑的海膽、鮮味松葉蟹肉及濃郁蟹膏攪拌一起後放在威化餅上吃,甘香鮮味燒油甘魚鮫外皮焦香,魚肉魚油脂香伴柚子醋醬油份外彰顯魚鮮柑香,味道層次更顯豐富南非鮑魚上台時
