星期五晚上,炎熱間中有雨。在SOGO旁邊的這幢大樓裡面全是餐廳,其實現在找吃的真的很方便,今天下班後就跟好友來到這家串燒店。主要是被它的名字吸引,鳥居於日本傳說中是連接神域與人間的通道,屬結界的一種,又一說法是鳥字於日語中單用時可解作雞,故又有放置雞的木架一說。顧名思義,這居酒屋有可能以雞串比較有名。從電梯門外,到裡面的裝潢格局走日式風,燈光幽暗,環境熱鬧,甚有置身日本居酒屋的感覺。裡面有開放式吧台,可以看到師傅們在面前烤串燒,不過已經有客人,這晚就不能坐在吧台了。點菜前我們很有共識的先點兩杯三得利黑麥啤酒,泡沫綿密,入口充滿濃濃麥芽香氣,醇厚回甘,配燒物實是適合。味噌燒活帆立貝 $158帆立貝為北海道出產,然後塗上自家製味噌醬烤,入口彈牙。蒜香蟶子皇  $64蟶子產地為紐西蘭,上面鋪滿蔥花和蒜茸,口感爽彈,而且淡淡牛油香在口中奠發。明太子雞翼  $58以原隻雞翼親自取骨起肉,再釀入滿滿的明太子,不是從供應商訂的貨,故此雞肉嫩滑,跟明太子的鮮味配合得恰到好處。鹽燒鮪魚尾  $328份量之大我們驚呆了,鮪魚尾巴部位柔軟細滑,嘴唇的黏稠感是豐富的膠原蛋白,魚皮微焦香脆,鹽燒提升魚肉鮮香。再

所有串燒的份量都比一般來得大,以在銅鑼灣這黃金地段來說性價比是真的高,而且座位,環境氣氛是很不錯的。
