1 -燒鱈魚乾~~~條條都燒得幾脆,唔點沙律醬都食出好香嘅燻鱈魚味~~2 -牛油果沙律~~~牛油果都幾多, 沙律菜都好有光澤, 新鮮+清新~~3 - 鵝肝多士~~~試過其他放題/居酒屋的鵝肝多士,鵝肝都係例牌比一細舊你「交功課」。不過,鳥炎屋嘅鵝肝多士絕不欺場,大大塊而且厚切,一啖咬落去仲有鵝肝油溢出,頭一次覺得法包唔夠大塊去索油呢~~4- 芝士海膽燒珍寶大海蝦~~~成晚有驚喜的高潮位正是鋪滿芝士同海膽的特大海蝦~~ 既足料又濃味,一般只會比少少海膽或者海膽醬,但芝士下面塞滿海膽,令人超回味, Ichiban~~5- 厚燒鰻魚玉子~~~招牌之一果然名副其實,玉子滑嫩且蛋漿蛋味濃, 內裏的鰻魚竟有一層脆皮,配埋甜鰻魚汁,接近完美的作品~~ 呢個真係必食!! 6- 冷烏冬~~~大熱天點了一份冷主食,烏冬份量夠分兩大碗,沒有鋪碎冰也很有冰涼感。而且好彈牙,加少少蔥花食,是為消暑小品~~

大熱天點了一份冷主食,烏冬份量夠分兩大碗,沒有鋪碎冰也很有冰涼感。而且好彈牙,加少少蔥花食,是為消暑小品~~
Other Info. :
一些在居酒屋或放題常見的食材及菜式,要做得出神入化,令客人印象深刻甚至「很想要encore吧」,的確不容易~
鳥炎屋很有深宵食堂的影子,用食物留住客人的胃和心。
希望未來有更多驚喜,再次到亦會流連忘返!頑張れ!
