過咗大半年,鳳城酒家終於回歸上環,以全新面貌,嶄新演繹,順德傳統名菜。鳳城酒家喺1954 年創辦,一直將傳統順德菜同河鮮烹調煮法發揚光大,以傳統手法精製粵式功夫名菜聞名外亦保留廣東飲食傳統~ 場內亦設有酒吧區、VIP房(內有電動麻雀機及卡拉OK)~.💛 蓮蓉西米布甸: 焦香煙韌嘅外皮包住細滑嘅西米同蓮蓉,口感香滑,蓮蓉餡料夠多,唔會覺得好甜,即叫即焗,熱辣辣又香噴噴~🥬 生菜包鵪鶉崧: 鵪鶉崧肉粒鮮甜有嚼勁,配上爽口嘅竹筍粒、冬茹粒爆香,醬料香濃,包喺爽脆生菜包再加入海鮮醬,可以中和油膩感~🫖 紫砂茶壺杏汁豬肺湯: 用上紫砂茶壺盛載着杏汁豬肺湯,用茶杯一杯一杯喝很有風味,茶壺內𥚃唔單止有香濃嘅杏汁熬成嘅湯,豬肺軟腍有彈性,仲有雞腳,飲落好滋潤~🥛 順德炸鮮奶: 炸鮮奶炸到外脆內軟,外層金黃酥脆,內裏軟滑潔白,帶濃濃鮮奶香~🐟 煎釀鯪魚: 呢度完全係功夫菜,鯪魚肉味道鮮美,肉質嫩滑,伴上豉汁,釀鯪魚經浸煮後完全吸收,彈牙又索汁~🥬 梅菜蒸菜心苗: 蒸出嚟嘅菜心苗顏色翠綠又幼嫩,梅菜唔會咸,菜心苗吸盡梅菜嘅咸味,味道剛剛好,用蒸籠出別有一番風味~
