Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴晚同位好耐冇見既姊妹去左呢間鴨大哥食北京烤鴨,因為好耐都冇食過啲中國野:)之後就叫左2個小菜,檸檬雞同埋呢度好出名既鴨湯泡飯,因為太餓淨係影左個烤鴨 哈哈 烤鴨層皮燒到剛剛好,有微微焦,仲有啲面包皮上到台仲會出煙,證明真係新鮮出爐😂 而鴨湯泡飯真係不愧為招牌菜,炸米落去既時候係脆既,仲有「沙」一聲,鴨湯好濃郁,超正💓而檸檬雞真係令我有啲驚艷,賣相一流,真係有檸檬片,仲有啲杏仁片 係上面,又甜又咸,都幾match架!好推呀!而飲品方面,佢地soft drink 就buy one get one free!我地叫左可樂同7喜!之後仲叫左2杯champagne 正!大力推呢間鴨大哥呀!
