To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日指定話要食殿大喜屋, 確實殿係真係勁D食材又高級啲既!首先去自助區行一轉. 出到去已經聞到陣榴槤味, 用我既鼻去追查之下, 原來係有成碗既榴槤蓉!! 用黎整雪糕or甜品, 我絕對懷疑有人會成羹咁食!壽司同刺身款式多不在講, 新鮮度同埋賣相都係高水準, 淨係個刺身盤都已經值回票價。殿既冷,熱,熟食都不乏貴價食材, 我超中意哩個北海道海膽手卷, 即點即卷! 另外仲有拖羅,  松露, 帶子等全部都好fresh好好味。今次令我好驚喜既係鵝肝! 法式紅酒藍莓鵝肝同埋鐵板鵝肝厚多士, 前者味道香醇口感綿密。後者超厚切, 啖啖油香! 哩兩款我都分別encore左兩round~~食到咁上下又整番隻花雕醉鮑魚, 都咪話唔爽~整體水準無挑剔,  上菜快而準, 食材新鮮, CP值爆燈!
