棋哥我其實都食過好多次了,平時我就下午茶時段嚟食多,會食佢哋嘅特餐。不過呢,今日就中午嚟到,一於叫返個燒鵝飯食啦。一碟燒鵝飯,要 $63, 如果要轉鵝胸部位,就要再加多 $10, 唔算平架。燒鵝呢,除咗脾位以外,我就最鍾意食鵝胸部位,所以就一於轉做胸位啦。棋哥嘅鵝胸飯,會切得較為細件的,所以每碟飯好似有幾多舊鵝胸咁。佢哋嘅皮,咬落去都幾脆皮,而且仲會有一種炭燒嘅味道,幾獨特架。不過飯嘅份量就少咗D啦,多返D就更加好喇。
