同班令令小師妹群聚,其中一位令師妹提意去明記潮鍋,話試過佢地d牛肉好正! 於是群聚地點約定係明記潮鍋.自己一向幫襯明記潮館,所以早已知道明記潮鍋存在,雖然兩間餐廳只相差一隻字,雖然兩間餐廳都位處旺角,但相距都幾遠! 因為我人_老嘛,所以覺得遠!餐廳係3樓,去到樓下竟然要排隊搭𨋢! 好彩一早打電話訂枱.餐廳俾我第一個感覺係地方乾淨闊落!我地點咗沙爹湯底,配料點咗新鮮牛頸脊,安格斯牛肉,手打墨魚滑,鮮鵝腸,竹笙,響鈴,黑牛栢葉.上網睇食評,原來明記潮鍋都有檸檬熊茶仔,必點!先試試沙爹湯底,味道濃郁,好過不少淡茂茂水汪汪嘅沙爹湯底.牛頸脊牛味比安格斯更重,兩款口感鬆軟,唔點醬油已經夠味,帥妹無介紹錯!第一次打邊爐點鵝腸,係一條過無剪斷,上枱時成條掛起上枱好有台型! 只可惜肥膏太多,我唔中意食有膏鵝腸,因為我自己條肥腸都唔輸蝕....總覺得白牛栢葉比黑牛栢葉口感更彈牙同嫩口,今次亦唔例外.檸檬熊茶仔又再出現場! 0茶夠味又夠凍! 要同為食仔影張相先!對住三個小師妹,你一言我一句好鬼熱鬧.....

先試試沙爹湯底,味道濃郁,好過不少淡茂茂水汪汪嘅沙爹湯底.

牛頸脊牛味比安格斯更重,兩款口感鬆軟,唔點醬油已經夠味,帥妹無介紹錯!

第一次打邊爐點鵝腸,係一條過無剪斷,上枱時成條掛起上枱好有台型! 只可惜肥膏太多,我唔中意食有膏鵝腸,因為我自己條肥腸都唔輸蝕....
