今天去到尖沙咀的鳥鑫吃串燒啦！這家主打雞肉串燒的日本居酒屋，除了雞肉串都很好吃外，極力推薦這裡的岩手縣大船渡生蠔，猶如手掌的大小，味道鮮甜濃郁，口感嫩滑，非常肥美，味道鮮甜！其實還是主要想講講雞肉的部分！雞油渣炒支豆：其他店鋪一般都白烚枝豆，或者就放點鹽，但這家用雞油渣炒枝豆，非常香脆可口！雞全翼：有做過風乾，所以皮特別脆，又可以鎖住肉汁，加上脆燶邊，滋味！雞胸紫蘇雞：採用平原雞肉，用紫蘇葉包裹，雞肉非常多汁，很高質！另外雞心、雞橫隔肌、平原雞提燈也非常好吃！其他的小吃也非常不錯！鵝腸：一般都是火鍋下鵝腸吃，這是第一次吃烤的鵝腸，油脂豐富，油香重，好吃！明太子厚揚（豆腐）：外層燒得香脆，裏面仍能保持豆腐的嫩滑，非常好吃！燒菠蘿：十分香甜，用來結尾當甜點剛好！

其實還是主要想講講雞肉的部分！
雞油渣炒支豆：其他店鋪一般都白烚枝豆，或者就放點鹽，但這家用雞油渣炒枝豆，非常香脆可口！
雞全翼：有做過風乾，所以皮特別脆，又可以鎖住肉汁，加上脆燶邊，滋味！
雞胸紫蘇雞：採用平原雞肉，用紫蘇葉包裹，雞肉非常多汁，很高質！
另外雞心、雞橫隔肌、平原雞提燈也非常好吃！
