To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只有幾次買外賣，未試過入去食飯。今日晏晝經過，見冇乜人，便入去試試。見有幾枱食撈麵，我都試吓雞夠咸香味，肉質滑，鵝片淋，配香辣大豆芽，好惹味。撈麵夠濕，本來唔使加麵湯，可惜麵太咸，要用加湯中和。份量足，兩款鹵水都入味，好淋第一次食煎新鮮馬友，雖然食落有少少油，但煎得外脆內軟，有魚味，亦有芽菜墊底。小食都好大碟，鹵水海哲大條，爽口，雖然有大量芝麻，如果再加啲麻油就更香可惜食唔到馳名嘅芥末雞腳筋，有啲遺憾！
