To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鹹到吞唔到咁難食

嗌咗外賣兩碗麵（牛肚河同埋牛筋麵），滿心歡喜等到終於可以開餐，點知兩碗嘅料都鹹到飛起，尤其係啲牛肚同埋牛筋。佢唔係普通調味重手咁簡單，係鹹到你吞唔到、令你超想嘔嗰隻鹹！食完一舊已經要飲一大杯水去沖走嗰陣鹹味，其餘剩低嘅係完全食唔到落肚。湯底鹹你都仲可以搵水溝淡佢，但佢啲牛筋牛肚鹹真係完全冇得補救，只能齋食麵塞飽自己就算。超級失望，好好哋一個週末晚餐就咁被破壞咗，完全blacklist。唔會有下次。
