To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鹹到腎衰竭嘅酸辣素湯底米線

返工食晏時晏時間本身都緊湊，手機app落單之後等咗成廿分鐘，要催先上，等位又係咁要催先安排。終於有得食，但饑不揀食都真係食唔到，鹹到我自己加咗兩杯水都係鹹到飛起，請職員幫手，第一個女職員唔知走咗去邊，再叫多個男職員嚟，佢拎住一大杯水回應「你想我哋煮過碗俾你定係加水？煮過碗都係一樣嫁咋，都係嗰個湯，冇分別嫁」，咁就照加水囉，佢之後仲插咗對一上一下嘅筷子落碗米線到，叫我點食呢唔知。結果都係鹹到想嘔，酸菜都冇啲米線鹹，結果成碗就咁浪費咗。一直偏心食三哥多，以前好鍾意食所以食過一排酸辣素湯底，見好耐冇食就嗌下，真係當我以前未食過？呢隻鹹度簡直係煲底湯渣咁，朋友碗5少辣撈薯粉又係辣度唔正常，隔離位又上少咗個餸。總括而言，呢間中環鬧市三哥不論服務、食物質素真係每況越下，短期內都說明唔到自己再俾機會佢再食一次。
