To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

薄脆的多士上, 滿載店方自家製作的鵝肝醬. 本身不太吃內臟食品, 怕內臟的味道. 但這裡的鵝肝醬則好易入口, 好豐腴好幼滑, 好像吃著牛油一樣, 而且毫無羶味.

西班牙黑毛豬火腿炒蛋法包
我對風乾火腿真是不太在行, 直覺覺得好味就行了!
而這片火腿是令我覺得好吃的. 火腿呈玫瑰色, 呈現亮麗油光, 入口油潤, 鹹度適中, 香氣在口腔中歷久不散.
火腿下面放了炒蛋, 而不是”慣例”的蜜瓜, 我覺得很有新意, 而且有點像早餐的配搭, 效果亦相當之好.

煙三文魚燈籠椒忌廉卷
上面放有三色椒, 卷餅的中央則是煙三文魚, 兩者的味道挺匹配. 而煙三文魚都不會太乾癟, 有油脂香, 很不俗. 以wrap包裹著, 比三文治來得有新意, 有點像吃著土耳其卡巴的feel.

朱古力樹頭蛋糕配金桔忌廉
木頭造型的蛋糕, 相當可愛! 蛋糕外層包了一層朱古力醬, 味道稍甜. 而中間則是朱古力roll cake, 口感鬆軟. 但吃不到有金桔的味道.

製作成磨菇造型, 女孩子看到定必心動!
鮮紅色的法式蛋白餅是紅桑莓口味, 外層香脆可口, 內層像果jam的質感, 口感相當煙韌, 而磨菇的莖部由迷你Tiramisu拼湊而成, 但Tiramisu沒有添加手指餅, 可可粉, 咖啡等材料, 所以比較像一球柔軟的Mascarpone Cheese, 我拿它與berries 及蛋糕碎同吃, 味道好好.

有藍莓及士多啤梨, 顏色相當漂亮. 味道酸中帶甜, 蘸點Mascarpone Cheese同吃, 甜度剛剛好.
Selection of gelato
是日是雲呢拿味的Gelato, 可以見得到Gelato中有黑色一點點的雲呢拿籽, 有真材實料的感覺. 味道充滿天然的雲呢拿香, 而空氣含量比一般雪糕低, 簡直就是如絲般幼滑.

這球綿花糖, 害到我們雙手都黏黏立立的, 味道亦太甜, 除了fancy之外, 我會寧願多吃一件鹹甜點呢!
凍新鮮果茶
是熱情果+蘋果的口味, 另有其他水果口味可供選擇, 味道天然, 酸酸甜甜, 開胃又解膩. 入口有一顆顆的熱情果籽, 口感特別.

來個小總結, 鹹甜點的味道都很好吃, 不愧為五星級酒店的出品, 不過presentation 可以再好一點, 沙漠與森林的概念挺不錯, 不過用手拿起鹹甜點時會沾有不少餅碎及蛋糕碎, 要當心會弄污衣服, 不太方便呢!
