肥BB我經過個K11 Musea諗住打下卡, 順便去試下間新開新加坡餐廳基本上每一枱坐低都會例牌叫海南雞飯!1. 文華海南雞飯 (8.5/10)佢配三種醬料,雞係無骨(岩曬肥BB哩種懶人),配香米飯海南雞食落去竟然暖,唔同坊間係凍,我估佢冇浸冰水,所以雞味好出,嫩嫩的鐘意食濃味啲可以點醬,但肥BB我覺得唔洗~2. 帶子喇沙 (8/10)另外一款招牌,喇沙湯底好濃!湯底比較厚身肥BB我覺得如果辣多少少會好啲配料芽菜就增加口感,冇咁油膩可能係因為佢隻麵底係索湯,肥BB要求加湯,佢都免費加俾我3. 鹹蛋黃雞翼 (9.5/10)哩個係驚喜推介,有6隻全翼,食得出係即炸鹹蛋黃味道好出,醬有包曬成隻雞翼,少少微辣同市面上食到鹹蛋黃炸魚皮有得揮邪惡推介俾各位肥BB們
