近年貝兒的生日飯都會選擇食 Omakase,因為貪佢一個價錢可以試到唔同嘢,而且好多都係當造食材,而今年就揀咗喺舞鶴今次係揀咗$1480/人的 Omakase,當晚的Omakase 分咗三個價錢($1180/$1280/$1480),$1280會多啲貝類而$1480就有喜之次首先登場的係漬物,左邊係冰糖漬(其他唔記得咗個名),中間魚的漬物相對起來比較出色。因為唔係坐吧枱關係,食物唔係一件件上,先上的就係刺身類(貝類為主),新鮮冇雪味,蠔就好creamy(平時小弟唔食蠔的)之後再嚟多一盤刺身,就係秋刀魚啦,雖然已經季尾,慶幸捉到秋刀魚的尾巴。而拖羅則入口即溶,新鮮肥美,同埋深海池魚同梳子魚都好正我自己就鍾意呢盤刺身多啲刺身完哂之後就上咗個魚湯,魚湯湯甜有少少似腐竹蛋糖水咁,好味!主角出場啦,就係鹽燒喜之次(其實可以揀鹽燒或者汁煮),好好味~~~魚油豐富兼滑溜,如果俾我再揀我都係會揀鹽燒之後就係鮟鱇魚肝,好大件,不過個人對內臟的食物都係一般,但係唔腥的,少少似忌廉湯的口感和味道。最後就係6件壽司,最欣賞都係大大件的海膽當然離不開有甜品啦,就係雪糕(豆腐/芝麻),唔知係咪我哋食完都唔走(因為

當然離不開有甜品啦,就係雪糕(豆腐/芝麻),唔知係咪我哋食完都唔走(因為真係飽)嘅關係,經理重上咗份晴王(即香印提子)俾我哋,大大粒好甜又多汁

埋單$3200左右,不過呢個價錢同呢個質素都真係算係物有所值
