To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱去完沙灘經過鑽石山巴士站,費事周圍行於是就去鑽石山荷里活廣場裏面食,見到甘味有吾少人排隊,有人排隊姐代表佢ok啦,所以我就決定食呢間。我叫咗一個60蚊嘅鹽燒豬頸肉讚岐手打烏冬。佢嘅豬頸肉呢唔會太肥,上面有一啲甜甜地嘅醬汁,與其話佢係鹽燒,我更加覺得 佢似醬燒豬頸肉,不過都系好味嘅,大約有五六舊豬頸肉嘅份量。 至於讚岐手打烏冬要讚嘅地方係佢嘅湯底,唔會太鹹,清清地,系個種會令人食到最後不知不覺飲曬啲湯汁嘅湯底。
