To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信大家對於黑糖珍珠鮮奶都唔陌生，今日我就試咗呢間排名都算高嘅鹿角巷。要飲到呢杯野首先要有耐性，排30分鐘或不等。我就買咗杯招牌嘅波霸黑糖珍珠鮮奶，我鐘大粒嘅珍珠比較有口感，所以我就帶咗呢杯波霸。佢嘅珍珠普通，冇乜特別唔係話好煙韌又唔係話好林。配埋啲黑糖味都OK嘅。佢嘅奶香味又真係幾香嘅同埋杯野嘅老虎紋都幾明顯，賣相吾錯嘅。不過佢係冇得揀少甜小冰嗰啲架所有野都係統一哂，所以平時鍾意飲少甜嘅朋友可能會覺得比較甜如果大家有耐性又鍾意飲呢啲台式飲品嘅都可以不妨一試
