To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麗思卡爾頓103自助晚餐伏到一個點，這個價錢完全沒有好嘢食，食完覺得非常之氣憤。收這個價錢完全將啲客當係水魚，食物種類太少，只有蠔覺得新鮮，燒味比豉油雞，乳豬乳豬皮係林，雪糕唔夠凍，最喜歡食嘅沙律見到完全冇興趣，嘅坐的地方張凳太重隔離如果要出去攞嘢食，每一次都要移開張好重嘅櫈，希望大家要慎重考慮，在香港食自助餐依間算係最差，依個價錢$910.8食自助餐的話，在香港做生意都唔想寫衰人。今次實在忍唔住要吐下苦水😡😡😡
