To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麻甩下的碟頭飯

今日又相約麻甩俠吃午飯，他每每都有麻甩新意思，今天帶我們去渡船街和記吃碟頭飯。中午一時，食店坐滿食客，相當熱鬧。八成食客都是一碟燒味碟頭飯。由於麻甩俠帶隊，所以由他去發板⋯⋯叉燒燒肉飯~半肥瘦义燒夠腍帶少少甜味，燒肉皮脆，兩者同樣出色，難怪隔離左右，大部分都是燒味碟頭飯。碟頭飯的豉油，相信是有燒鵝汁成份，帶甜，撈飯一流。豉油皇炒麵~夠乾身，正！苦瓜魚腩~魚腩有很多小小的魚骨，所以要很小心吃。椰子響螺燉湯~看到很多椰子，點點豬肉，但看不見響螺，清淡得像水一樣，相信下次點例湯會更恰當。還有小炒皇、燒鵝例牌忘了拍攝，整體來說，此食店夠鑊氣，晚飯小菜應該唔錯。
