To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行五人行完水玩完水好似餓狼咁🤷🏻‍♀️ 一翻出市區就即刻打去金豪book枱食飯,其中一個朋友試過呢間中菜館十分推介。星期六 6點先打去book 8點,竟然咁都book到🤣去到門口都幾多人等緊,好在我地有打去book,係門口坐左十分鐘左右就有得入去🤤🤤🤤 行完山真係好肚餓。金豪既小菜應有盡有,你嗌得出既小菜應該都可以係度食到。內在環境都幾逼,擺左好多圓枱都幾密,不過勝在有冷氣唔似大排擋要熱住食。當然唔好expect佢好乾淨但都尚算可以。嗌完野食等左十五分鐘,第一位主角好味醬烤骨終於出場👏🏻 醬烤骨呢個名係我心目中應該好似沙拉骨咁,有大大條骨係肉既中間配好濃味既醬,點知上枱時佢好似舊東坡肉咁😳 侍應幫我把切左六件,見佢切落去個下好輕鬆應該好林,一咬落去入口即溶,半層肥半層瘦,就算係瘦既位置都忟得十分林🤤 質感認真好正。呢d肉正常煮左咁耐應該好入味,但味道又唔算好濃,仲食到本身既肉味,個汁竟然係偏淡,有少少少少酸酸地。第二位上場既主角係魚腐白菜,魚湯底做得唔錯,清清地岩曬各位ladies。第三位主角就係芥末牛柳粒🐮,擺左d蜜糖合桃伴碟。牛柳粒煎得好林,芥末味好濃,真係有d攻鼻🤔 伴碟合桃都好

第四個佳麗係避風塘生蠔,好多炸蒜🤤 見到都覺得熱氣🤦🏻‍♀️ 一咬落去就feel到荳荳準備出現係我身體上🤷🏻‍♀️ 生蠔夠大隻唔係蚊芝蠔,岩岩好一共有5隻,粉醬唔算好多唔會太厚咬落去成口粉,蠔都算新鮮做得唔錯,下次有機會黎會試埋薑葱蠔褒🤔

黎番個小總結先,呢間小小既中菜館既食物水準相當高,用料新鮮,價錢唔算平但質素撘救,性價比都算高,建議多d人食 5-6個可以試多d菜。好推介大家特登撘車黎食,記得book位丫,唔係就會等得有d耐
