朋友極力推介台灣過江龍麻神湯底出色,今晚Happy Friday決定一行四人麻辣一番。一早訂位,不用等之餘仲安排入座卡位,非常舒適。原先打算點四人餐,可惜服務員話星期五無套餐供應,只好散叫。麻辣湯底果然與別不同,加入水果及蔬菜熬製嘅味道比較清,當中帶少許麻、香料及微微藥香味,確實係可以當湯飲嘅湯底。出名的果凍鴨血,價錢偏貴。吸收香濃湯汁之餘口感煙韌,物有所值。兩款皆牛油脂分佈均勻,肉質嫩滑,以美國牛小排牛味較濃。肉質嫩滑甘香油炸鬼炸得過硬粟米失望,乾水無甜味,粟米粒好韌。勝瓜清甜可去油膩感,響鈴鬆脆但偏薄。蒿荀片,口感爽脆,感覺清新。水蓮菜新鮮,口感爽脆。雲吞皮又薄又滑,內裡肉汁豐富,韮菜味香濃無渣。包心丸冬蔭功味慢慢滲出,蝦丸口感彈牙。芋泥味香濃但貢丸香菇味久奉。
