講起食麻辣火鍋,我比較鍾意都係小龍坎既湯底。麻麻帶新,而且辣味夠香夠濃有層次。尖沙咀開左新店,再黎試試水準油碟係食麻辣火鍋既一大等色,蔥蒜蠔油麻醬,最緊要係佢既特製麻油,如果想要咸味,唔好落醬油,係要落鹽!調配起黎超香,味道甜甜點左鴛鴦鍋,免得朋友食唔到太辣太極雙滑! 有墨魚有蝦,質感較挺身,起膠起得好兩三分鐘左右,浮起就可以食,入口鮮味十足,而且彈牙雪花牛立花用既牛柳肉都幾靚,油脂香味重,而且牛肉味濃,入口軟滑又嫩功夫土豆,真係好考功夫! 土豆切得夠薄,晶盈通透落鍋三十秒就食得,入口爽脆,完全吸哂湯既香濃,而且又有土豆既爽甜玫瑰豬頸肉,造型滿分,味道亦一絕豬頸肉唔可以太薄,免得失去彈口質感。入口豬肉味及油香味十足,亦有豬頸肉應有既爽彈質感
