To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實之前都來過兩三次。。每次都一定會叫“大半條“魚。。佢有得俾你揀小半。。大半同全條。。雖然得兩個人食。。但我地都會揀大半😜。。我地試過泡椒同麻辣。。泡椒我就覺得一般。。唔夠香。。麻辣我會揀小辣。。咁仲會有啲配料可以俾你另加。。我必選嘅係萵荀。。蘿蔔同出前一丁。。另外每次我都會叫呢個芥香蠔仔。。有 wasabi 味但唔會太攻鼻。。少少辣幾好食。。同埋隻隻蠔都肥嘟嘟。。伴碟啲青瓜絲都好好食。。次次都清晒。。試過一次麻辣蠔仔。。但我都覺得芥香蠔仔係好食啲。。條魚上枱嘞。。一嚟已經聞到麻香味。。條魚又已經煎香左。。仲有啲萵荀蘿蔔已經放埋落去。。一睇就覺得好吸引 😋😋只要等佢滾起就可以食嘞。。。條魚唔算多骨嘅。。又多肉。。平時叫小麻辣已經好夠辣。。因為愈煲會愈辣。。但今日個小辣唔夠辣。。唔夠過癮😅。。以前食呢類烤魚。。覺得一定要配薯粉。。但試過出前一丁後。。愛上左。。估唔到同麻辣咁夾。。食到最後個湯最辣嘅時候放個出前一丁落去。。嘩。。係呢餐完美嘅句號呀😊😊
