To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥食米線，叫咗兩碗淨米，叫淨米係因為覺得其他嘅菜冇乜特別，比較想食其他嘅小食，叫淨米的話，就可以叫其他小食啦！同朋友share咗一碟麻辣豬耳送米線，豬耳有分兩隻味一隻係重慶風味，一隻係麻辣風味，個人偏愛麻辣風味，所以就叫咗麻辣味！其實譚仔三哥嘅米線真係唔錯！淨係清湯已經好有味，加上佢另外有芽菜同埋韭菜，可以自己叫多芽菜同韭菜㖭!麻辣豬耳真係勁好味, 醃得好飲味，但係對於我嚟講有啲辣，所以送麵啱啱好！

其實譚仔三哥嘅米線真係唔錯！淨係清湯已經好有味，加上佢另外有芽菜同埋韭菜，可以自己叫多芽菜同韭菜㖭!
