To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近應該好多人都會叫外賣，很懷念三哥米線，就用網上外賣平台叫了一個外賣。我家在東沖，最近的外賣店就是三哥米線東涌分店。我點了一個麻辣湯底--大辣的牛肉米線。價錢44元，再加30元外賣費用。麻辣湯底火喉十足，因大辣的關係，所以麻痺到舌頭也沒有知覺呢。牛肉非常軟熟，是新鮮牛肉片做的。還有一些芽菜蔥做配菜，配上麻辣湯底，非常惹味。外賣的好處，是自己可以另加一些配料，我就加了腐竹和玉豆。這個三哥米線麻辣牛肉米線令我非常滿意，下次也會再光顧。
