To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

承上篇，上篇講到三哥同譚仔各有特色，介紹左我鐘意三哥既部分，今次又講下譚仔有咩吸引我。今日，黎左呢間觀塘新開既分店，都幾大間，晚上9點，唔係太多人，即刻有位坐。我地點了兩碗米線，味道不錯，寶寶表示譚仔既魚片頭較三哥的爽口。登登！呢個就係我黎譚仔最鐘意點既豬耳！好大碟，雖然我可以一個人食晒，但每次食完都有d擔心咁食法會唔會太高膽固醇，不過每次一個人黎譚仔，又無辦法避過豬耳既誘惑。連唔鐘意食豬耳既寶寶，係我既影響和豬耳既美味下，都同我一齊食，呢碟豬耳既魔力不容睇少。豬耳爽口非常，煮熟後擺入雪櫃冷藏，所以食落冰涼既感覺，和熱辣辣既米線成對比，加上麻辣汁，辣得過癮，十分美味。
