To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 藏身金馬大廈一樓的小魚兒,裝潢走工業風混搭霓虹燈,晚市多數是年輕客圍爐吃烤魚。招牌鮮花椒BB豆花烤魚選海鱸魚,上桌時鐵盤仍滾着紅油,小辣中麻的平衡拿捏得準,花椒香氣竄鼻卻不嗆喉。魚肉厚切無泥味,豆花滑嫩如布甸,吸飽湯汁後配白飯一流。 鮮淮山片刀工講究,薄切山藥燙至微卷,蘸少許麻辣湯底更添爽脆。萵筍切粗條鋪在烤魚底層,煮軟後帶脆勁,掛着豆花碎吃有驚喜。金桔檸檬百香果茶酸甜清爽,果肉沉底記得攪勻,正好解辣收尾。 人均消費約$150,適合三四人分食。推薦先喝半碗湯感受麻香層次,再撈配料慢慢吃。冷氣夠猛不怕吃到汗流浹背,宵夜時段開到凌晨值得加分。
