To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

誠意大推薦大家一定要試佢嘅紅湯牛肉麵，紅湯即刻麻辣湯，可以選辣度同麻度牛肉好淋，好入味麵身軟硬適中，中好掛湯，湯底會有少少稠身，食落就好似一個麻辣版嘅日本沾麵咁😋唔食辣嘅朋友可以選擇酸菜豬肚湯麵酸菜中和豬肚嘅肥膩感，豬肚亦唔係好多肥膏個隻，食落爽口😋小食方面，拍青瓜完勝涼拌木耳，青瓜好爽口，蒜味都好夠，反而木耳就真係有啲失望，唔係好夠辣，中食到好多渣，下次會想試下個泡椒鳳爪多啲最後解辣必點嘅冰粉，有花生，提子乾，食落酸酸甜甜，好解辣同解渴今次叫咗兩個set ，A主食+B小食+C飲品+D甜品，埋單都係$232中環抵食餐廳大推😎😎😎
