今日已經係第三次黎季季紅,之前黎過,都食唔到佢嘅招牌菜 – 蝦禾米乳香豬,所以今日係專程預訂,一試真章。坦白講,之前兩次嘅經驗都麻麻哋,服務麻麻哋,小菜又係麻麻哋,紅瑞乳香豬亦已經試過,都係麻麻哋先來一個前菜,香煎蓮藕餅,頗香口,亦保存到蓮藕嘅香味,係唯一會再食嘅菜色粟米羹,普普通通,一般水準,味道偏淡,但稀杰程度還可以。主角 - 蝦禾米乳香豬,出場啦;我哋雖然得三個人,為求食到真正嘅味道,我哋訂咗一隻;原隻奉上,好似葡式乳豬咁,光身,冇泡泡,伙計會係你面前切開,一隻盛惠伍佰幾切開,豬入面釀咗d炒飯,飯入面又混咗d蝦米,的確有一陣香味飄出來,但食落口嘅味道又如何呢?乳豬皮雖然脆,但並非我杯茶,我都係比較喜歡新斗記嘅乳豬皮多d;d飯仲差唔明點解唔用糯米飯,而用普通炒飯,d飯吸收咗d豬油,有少少油膩,再加上蝦米嘅味道,味道怪怪哋連我咁鍾意食蝦米嘅人都覺得麻麻地,大家可想而知,我相信轉用糯米飯,效果會比較好,因為糯米飯更能夠把隻豬嘅味道同豬油嘅感覺,發揮得淋漓盡致對於呢隻攞獎嘅蝦禾米乳香豬,可以用三句說話來形容:嗰樣得得哋,味道麻麻哋,價錢貴貴哋總括而言,如非訂咗枱,要等成個幾兩個鐘,食d
