西環到堅尼地城呢一帶,都冇咩台灣餐廳,之前睇雜誌報道見到呢一間由台灣人開嘅鋪頭,就即刻想試下!中午嚟到,都已經坐得滿滿地,等左十幾分鐘,我地七個人就被安排坐左係近窗口嘅位置。以台灣餸黎講呢度既午市套餐都算係偏貴,一個主食加一款台式滷味同埋嘢飲都要80蚊左右。我哋嗌咗原汁牛肉麵($85),肉燥乾拌麵($80)同埋滷雞腿肉燥麵($80)。台式滷味方面就嗌咗花枝丸同埋滷蛋。嘢飲就清一色係冬瓜茶。牛肉麵個湯底都算係幾清甜,牛肉都唔會太難咬開,可能香港人食開濃味野,如果味道可以濃返少少會好d。至於肉燥乾拌麵嘅賣相就唔係太討好,如果肉燥多少少就好啦, 麵底又唔係太乾,肉燥又唔多嘅時候,只係’伴’麵,而且佢嘅肉燥本身個咪好淡…至於滷雞腿都說滷得夠耐,肉好鬆花,不過都係個句唔夠入味。花枝丸同滷蛋都係一般,好彩冬瓜茶唔會太過甜。
