To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工後去到沙田同朋友食個晚飯傾下計，由於大家都係慳錢一族，決定以低價取勝。 平時食開譚仔，平得尼又想有D新意思，就試下呢間雲桂香。叫左小窩酸辣紅薯粉（小辣）（$27）＋牛展（$7）平時食開譚仔三小辣，但似乎云桂香嘅小辣大摡只有譚仔四－五小辣左右。味道遍咸，酸味唔太突出，優勝之處應該算係有得選米線以外的粉，紅薯粉🙈。牛展有四至五塊，非常失望，好硬，而且好un.. 對比上次食的南記實在差太遠了🙈。
