To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

8-4-20082:15pm 人在般咸道, 要食個快lunch, 求其撞了入0黎呢度. 見呢度有「馳名」鹽焗雞, 又叫碟飯(鹽焗雞飯$27, 可+ $5 要雞脾) 試試, 加個凍奶茶(+ $2).As expected d 雞係普通「卒」了沙薑粉的切雞, d 肉無乜味道, 好在沙薑夠惹味, 唯有蘸0下薑茸, 肉質幾0鞋, 好在雞皮薄薄的, 唔會一舊舊肥油; d 飯就太腍bad bad 又太濕, 米香欠奉, 唔0岩口味.凍奶茶稀稀的, 唔滑又無乜茶味, 甜得很, 似茶走多d, 又係唔0岩口味.環境係普通茶餐廳格局, 0係門口望入去好似好up dup, 但衛生情況算唔錯; 招呼都ok, 阿姐都幾好人.雖然麻麻0地好食, 但$30 有找食一餐飯, 點講都係平, 都幫襯得過的, 起碼好過港大canteen 的每況愈下美心燒味飯, 又或者去隔0黎老麥食埋晒d 「咁0既0野」吧!
