今日又再嚟到吉祥,平日嘅餐廳比較靜,平時嚟到都係食魚生,壽司之類,今日想食下熱食,所以揀咗最嘅愛西京燒銀雪魚😜先嚟麵豉湯,田園沙律新鮮嘅車厘茄,配上生菜,再落胡麻醬,清新簡單又好食,菜仲好爽口。麵鼓湯好好飲,保存到味噌的味道及香氣。西京燒其實係醬料,主要用白味噌做成醃料。 銀鱈魚燒得表面金黃,又多汁,魚肉帶有淡淡白味噌的甘甜味,配白飯真係一流!加上餐廳用嘅米係日本產米,唔覺唔覺就會完成咗一大碗飯🍚最後配上一杯熱柚子蜜,成件事變得好幸福☺️
