最近喺紅磡黃埔社交平台group 見到有街坊share 左呢間新開嘅泰式小食店,仲系由一家泰國人經營,正宗泰國風味🇹🇭店主介紹左好多野食,話想帶多啲泰國特色啲嘅美食黎香港,所以會同一般泰式餐廳吾同,令到大家更加認識到泰國嘅美食文化🔥 例如瀨瀨屎燒賣😂個名好有趣咁,但原來瀨瀨屎系泰文黎講,系解五顏六色,所以佢啲燒賣除左黃色,仲有綠色,但一啲都無伏,我仲覺得幾好食😍店主仲推薦左鬼汁$50,其實系泰國風味嘅潮州粿粉,而個湯底餐廳主打無加味精的骨湯底,岩哂我呢啲食麵一定會飲埋湯嘅人😋充滿多款材料,而粿粉口感有啲似陳村粉,入口超滑,推薦‼️串燒$80就有5串,所以我都揀左幾款~泰式牛肉串、脆皮燒腩肉串、雞腎、全雞翼、泰北豬肉腸,仲會配有泰式醬汁,十分惹味~真系好似去左泰國啲夜市掃街咁🧡
