最近喺紅磡黃埔一帶新開咗間小小的韓國料理,睇資料早幾年都喺附近開過鋪,不過當時因為店主健康問題先結束營業,最近終於捲土重來重新開業。小店每日隨主食都會附送3款伴菜例如自家製泡菜、芽菜、南瓜等,心思滿滿。🔸泡菜煎餅 $48小店嚟講小食選擇都算多,價錢亦唔係好貴,泡菜煎餅一份有三大塊好脆口又唔會太辣。🔸泡菜忌廉扁意粉 $98Fusion嘅泡菜忌廉扁意粉愈食愈辣好惹味,開頭以為得泡菜都擔心會有啲dry,原來有加埋煙肉整類似carbonara做法~🔸秘製炆牛肉配飯 $128材料都炆到好腍入晒味,特別係蘿蔔咬落去超多汁,絕對係送飯之選。🔹糖漬檸檬蘇打 $38🔹凍草莓拿鐵 $42兩杯都足料又大杯,特別係草莓拿鐵滿滿果肉🍓不過會偏甜少少~
