呢間黃埔新店之前個舖位係做開Omakase,宜家入嚟食梗係平返好多喇。壽司Lunch set 包咗味噌湯同沙律,加多$15就埋茶碗蒸。先叫咗個特上壽司拼盤,之後見到期間限定有原隻紫海膽即刻加碼叫埋。紫海膽一般產自中國東南沿海及台灣,日本本州中部茨城県、秋田県以南嘅太平洋都會有。春未至夏尾係最時令。比起馬糞海甘甜度適中。師傅收到單之後就即刻揀一隻用鉸剪幫我打開,再用鉗拎走內臟,加入三文魚籽增加鮮度、鹹度。唔使加豉油,用匙羹一啖一啖咁食,超讚。特上壽司拼盤都有海膽手卷但係海膽唔同品種。赤蝦、深海池魚,有少少柚子味,巨型帶子超級鮮甜厚肉。中拖羅加咗蔥仍然油香滿滿。的確高品質。
