咩都未叫,首先上咗三度前菜。泡菜、醃黃瓜筍、仲有一個菠菜冷盤,呢啲都係韓國嘢基本盤。介紹返呢度必點嘅醬油蟹加紫菜飯,竟然係$68搞得掂,超抵食呀!嘩,你睇吓啲蟹膏!我本來都對韓國菜唔係太有好感,特別係醬油蟹呢類刺身。竟然呢間嘅醬油蟹令我喜出望外,肉質鮮甜之外,蟹膏甘香肥美,食落令我不禁聯想起食緊海膽。香港咁熱,都可以食到保存得咁好既海鮮刺身,呢間店既衛生標準值得一讚!紫菜飯已經伴好左韓國麻油,淨食都十分香口出色。我哋叫咗個set B,包左四款肉:調味牛肋骨、牛小排、牛五花、烤頂級牛肉。雖然佢話份量係二人,但你都見到,多到幾乎食唔晒。有質又有量,一睇d 油花就知食材方面真係唔媽虎。令人喜出望外有燒雲耳,估唔到雲耳燒到脆脆到咁得意。標準韓國菜都要配燒芝士,佢地好細心咁放左係側邊,可依照口味煮熔食,配腸仔一流。韓燒配左三款醬汁,我地最鍾意右邊呢隻韓式醬油。店舖都好細心,每個烤爐上面都有抽油煙機,唔會食到成食烤肉味。
