To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近雖然日日都係食外賣,但係都有辦法食得健康啲,黃大仙中心南館開咗間新嘅南洋茶室,睇落都有一啲健康嘅選擇,所以就去試吓。我嗌左個無骨海南雞配南洋番茄湯米線。海南雞肉質柔嫩,加上係白肉,感覺健康,再加埋蕃茄湯米線,又唔肥膩,蕃茄又有益又美顏。我再嗌咗一個炸蝦餅撈檬,好抵食,話晒大熱天時,食撈檬清涼啲。炸蝦餅真係成大塊,超級足料。當然唔少得甜品啦,嗌咗榴槤波波三件,我係好鍾意榴槤嘅,外面香脆,入面就有流心榴槤,係令我驚喜嘅水準。
