To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假去行山,行完之後落咗黃大仙中心揾嘢食,見到有間餐廳 — 亞金南洋茶室,下午茶時段都幾爆人,一於入去補充一下體力!檳城炒貴刁($46)足料炒貴刁,配料有蝦、肉鬆、蛋絲、怡寶芽菜、洋蔥,鑊氣同味道都好夠,不過有少少油膩。招牌海鮮叻沙($48)可以揀配米線或者摻摻,雖然分量少咗,但配菜嘅款式仍然係咁豐富,椰奶嘅香味配上少少嘅辣,真係食到停唔到!鮮油咖央多士(半份)配炸雞髀($36)原本以為係配平時食開走邊款嘅咖央多士,有少少失望,不過生炸雞髀好有驚喜,香脆熱辣辣又好厚肉,絕對係補充蛋白質嘅首選!下午茶時段黎食真係幾抵,臨近晚飯時段仲見到唔少街坊黎買豬手同雙餸飯,感覺幾有品質保證!
