To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同友人search到呢間良心拉麵店，入到去地方都舒服，唔算迫，整齊。每一個座位都有號碼，寫番個號碼係點餐紙上面。我叫左招牌熊拉麵，友人叫左魚介拉麵。侍應把兩碗拉麵都擺曬係友人枱上就立即走開。由於兩碗的餸及湯的顏色都是一樣的，甘唯有推理出最近我方向果碗應該係我的。唉。。。點知我第一啖食落口就已經唔似豬骨湯味了。結果我和友人掉轉左碗麵。友人選普通硬度的麵，我選硬。反而我碗招牌熊拉麵d麵仲淋身過佢碗。仲有，隻糖心蛋雖然係流心但好難食。首先，良心店係要支持的，食物質素普通亦可容忍。但侍應服務方面可以認真d，我未試過入一間拉麵店，已經寫上枱號，都送唔到我碗麵係我張枱度。請不要把時間花在玩手機上，嘗試認真改善。
