今日小編趁lunch去左觀塘駱駝漆「覆灼」慢煮牛丼,上次掛住影相同等埋個frd個飯搞到凍哂,今次試下外賣自取睇下保唔保持到水準。小弟公司好幸福有2個鐘lunch🥰,12點20分就到左😏,人影都冇隻……叫左慢煮牛丼配麵豉湯,另加$20鵝肝。(減肥計劃失敗😶)等左十五分鐘拎得! (慢煮黎講算係咁架啦👍)記得上次堂食都係差唔多時間。番到去office一打開,有隻溫泉蛋、鵝肝、大概8-9塊薄切牛腹。1. 慢煮牛: 加左蒜鹽同黑椒調味,牛肉味都幾濃🤙,但就比較韌左啲🤔,比啲牙力就會咬得開,如果唔中意食太生嘅牛可能接受唔到;個汁應該日式燒肉汁溝出黎,送飯一流。2. 鵝肝: 大推!一定要加! 🤣🤣🤣一咬開啲油香出哂黎,有一種好濃厚嘅感覺😍,唔會太油膩! 🤪不過細舊左啲😔3. 麵豉湯: 好淡口,明顯落唔夠味噌,有啲豆腐菜菇咁樣,非常一般結論: 小編食左兩次都係食牛,因為真係幾好味,對得住$88呢個價錢。大推鵝肝!食慢煮牛飯一定要加!
