見有Early Bird晚餐供應,而且價錢貼地,便找了一天去試。六點半坐下,場內已經有唔少人。呢間都係我一直想試的其中一間餐廳,當然對酒店級的餐廳還是會有點期待。訂位時要求窗口位,也安排到,非常開心。看看餐牌很快便拍板。三道菜連飲品,訂價468,當然可以接受,餐牌也有其他菜式需要另外加錢,一杯餐酒也加88,任君選擇,我便加了兩隻生蠔。我嘅第一道菜係生蠔,生蠔唔好食,我覺得同我自己用30幾蚊買一隻嘅水準不相伯仲,唔好食嘅原因係在於以呢個級數嘅酒店唔應該提供呢一種品質嘅生蠔。呢個頭盤有啲失望,我覺得大家唔需要另外加錢去食。之後我食嘅係吞拿魚薄切,呢一味正正常常,不過不失冇太大嘅感覺。兒童款式嘅頭盤係鴨肉炸春卷,當佢切開嘅時候一粒粒既鴨肉跌晒出嚟,之後佢用塊生菜包住食,突然間覺得好似泰菜嘅鴨肉生菜包咁,就係爭個汁。之後個main course,我要左三文魚同伴要咗牛柳,我呢個三文魚煮得好嫩,的確有啲驚喜,湯汁亦都好食唔會太咸又唔會好杰,份量唔會好大我的確冇揀錯呢道菜。牛柳同伴就並唔係話煮得老,就係冇咁出色,仲要差過有一次我同佢一齊去嘅一間法國小店食嘅牛柳,可能係本身牛嘅品種或者部位嘅問題。因

之後有例牌嘅咖啡同茶,要左一杯Skimmed latte,始終餐廳唔係轉做咖啡水準都係一般,而且佢攞俾我個匙羹仲有水漬嘅,呢一點真係有啲難以接受。

最後仲有甜品清酒啫喱配清酒雪芭,另外仲有Petit four,有薰衣草朱古力呢個的確幾surprise。

成餐飯落嚟冇乜嘢係好印象深刻,或者始終價錢都係平所以質素都係一般般,食景食環境當然就一流。
