To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這個新年如常的收到親友所送的新春賀年糕點, 糕點是由擁有 "法國藍帶美食協會" 之公司會員身份的 樂雅軒中菜廳 所出品的 黃糖椰汁年糕 成分天然沒有防腐劑, 吃得安心又放心 ~保鮮包裝, 鎖住原汁原味, 但為了保持新鮮, 還是盡快吃比較好, 賀年糕點, 最好就是在 農曆新年 期間吃才夠氣氛 ~ 黃糖椰汁年糕 加雞蛋液把年糕煎香, 年糕黏軟糯囗, 椰汁味香, 黃糖的甜味恰到好處, 我個人比較喜歡把糕煎得帶點焦香的； 配上一壺濃濃的普洱茶, 一家人圍住來吃, 有說有笑, 真愉快 ~在此祝各位 新春大吉、萬事如意、財運亨通！
