上網睇呢間黃埔嘅酒店夜景好靚仲話啲嘢食係值得米芝蓮嘅評價所以今次趁住生日就嚟呢度試下呢個叉燒做得唔錯,份量雖然唔係多,但係勝在可以俾你選擇半肥瘦又或者係全瘦,個賣相勁靚仔,雖然未做到入口即溶,不過至少咬落去一啲都唔會覺得乾或者鞋,又或者係肥淋淋咕嚕肉肉嘅份量唔算少,配菜方面嘅欣賞佢菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿,比較可惜嘅係啲肉相對比較細件,食落去嘅時候口感唔係咁明顯,不過咬落去係好脆既另外叫咗個酥炸和牛面頰,望落去有啲似平時食開嘅牛腱,肥瘦分明,咬落去幾有口感,最抵讚嘅係和牛出面啲酥皮勁香脆,唔會好似平時嗰啲炸牛咁樣個皮林晒,另外配上嘅醬汁超好食,味道偏鹹,配合埋唔算好多調味嘅和牛啱啱好!必食!最後驚唔夠飽嗌咗個瑤柱炒飯,啲配料都好足夠,同埋個份量都好大,雖然味道比較淡,但係配埋餐廳提供嘅豆瓣醬辣椒醬等嘅醬料,就已經好好味,帶埋小朋友嚟食都好適合!溫馨提示就係兩個人真係食唔晒呢個飯,多啲人食就一定要嗌呢個啦!
