諗緊情人節💘點慶祝,發現Citibank星期三買一送一優惠,其他餐廳🍴網上book全爆,點知紅糖打去仲有位,不過話冇哂窗口🪟,$888一個,照book。去到竟然有窗口位,無敵維港景,望新開既東岸棧道。茶就開普洱,香醇,有個茶壺。Menu remark咗唔食薑同酸嘢,頭盤三小碟有叉燒、燒肉(轉咗)同涼拌蟲草花(轉咗),叉燒都小小肥,腍身正,燒肉我麻麻,蟲草花爽口。海皇羹大碗足料有帶子蝦入味正。XO醬露筍帶子炒得皓香口。全晚最皓食係酥炸和牛,外脆和牛入口即溶,雖然唔係日本🇯🇵和牛,但未食過呢種質感,正。炒飯唔夠味,甜品🍮金果玉露侍應有問用奇異果🥝得唔得?我之前食楊枝甘露都ok以為得點知金果玉露酸十倍,唔得。食咗第一☝️啖先送一早remark既「情人節快樂」朱古力🍫牌碟上,自己放上甜品🍮度打卡影相📸。茶位$32,要簽citibank master卡

今日叫咗個套餐,再加一個點心,覺得套餐跟嘅蔬菜比較差,點心還可以,叉燒都好好味,咬口容易,口感好好,甜度適中,呢個叉燒係必食之選,我極力推薦。之前食點心都可以叫兩件,現在硬性規定係三件,感覺有點不方便,今日係跟套餐嘅蔬菜係生菜,賣相同味道都感覺比較差同一般,炒飯炒得幾好,點心非常之欣賞。今日食咗個富貴蝦餃,富貴蝦及餡料都非常足夠,而且好實淨好新鮮,鹹水角我都好滿意。其他感覺一般,希望有待改善,但下次未必會選擇這裏。服務員似新做的,有點不熟悉好新嘅感覺,人手嚴重不足。交通非常之方便,附近有地鐵站小巴站的士站。

嘉里酒店嘅紅糖主打新派粵菜有維港景伴隨,用餐環境的確唔錯但服務唔夠殷勤親切食物方面算係幾好但以佢嘅價錢定位嚟講、食物質素未到好topBook到窗邊位有維港景食一次都可以Encore機會唔大🤔前菜幾印象深刻鵝肝蝦多士卜卜脆,辣汁涼拌和牛幾醒神開胃燒味唔錯楓糖叉燒肉質軟綿,幾香脆有陣陣甜味乳豬皮香口,不過兩樣都比較肥膩宜家好似間間中菜館都有蟹蓋😂紅糖嘅未見特別龍蝦湯西施泡飯無乜龍蝦肉,湯嘅龍蝦味都唔係好濃厚其它菜式都ok但無咩亮點🧑🏼🍳👩🏻🍳🥢鵝肝蝦多士 $168辣汁涼拌和牛 $168燒味雙拼 - 楓糖黑豚肉叉燒 & 化皮乳豬件 $428蟹黃白汁炸蟹蓋 $288松露野菌素千層 $288沖繩涼瓜炒和牛脷 $388龍蝦湯西施泡飯 $122
